order was shipped from our distribution center) for a
full refund of the purchase price or exchange, minus the
shipping & handling, unless you have received a damaged

item securely. Use the original package, if possible.

slip if available and other materials sent to you by
VegasBuy.com

also provide us with your name, reason for return,
instruction for return or exchange, address, phone
number, email address, and order number. Print out
Return Authorization Forms for detail.

Note: You
should NOT indicate on the package that it contains
jewelry, diamonds or other luxury-related items, as
this invites theft.
3. Shipment
and Insurance:
For
your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or
Insured Parcel Post for your return.
Make sure you can track your package. This will
help guarantee that the package arrives at VegasBuy.com for quick and easy
refunding.
All return shipping charges
must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Process
The
VegasBuy.com return department will inspect and verify the
condition of the item once we receive the return. Items
must be returned in the condition they were sent for an
exchange or full refund.
For Exchange: Please allow 5 days after the product has been received
by Vegas Buy return department for your the exchanged item to be shipped.
For Refund:
VegasBuy.com will refund the full cost of the item
EXCLUDING
shipping, handling and insurance charges. Refunds will
be made using the same form of of payment used in the original
purchase. Please allow 5 days for your credit to appear
after the product has been received by Vegas Buy return
department.
